Stephen Breden is a licensed Broker in California, BRE Number 01034059, NMLS Number 295920, and is licensed in California and Texas. He founded Terra Firma as a Sole Proprietor in 1991, and it carried over into Terra Firma Group Inc a few years later with Parham.
He has been an active Originator since 1989, and is presently a Consultant and Trainer with mortgage loan origination system software. A frequent speaker and trainer to mortgage companies across the country, he was a Contributing Editor to Mortgage Originator Magazine from 2001-2009. His expertise includes combining experience in both the technology and business sides of a successful mortgage operation. Stephen has a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Moving to California many years ago, Barry earned his State of California Bureau Real Estate License as well as his postgraduate work earning his M.B.A. in General Business Management while attending Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

As VP Chief Marketing Strategist, Paul Spector leads Terra Firma Group's marketing and product management efforts. He brings a strong track record of success in applying his leading edge marketing to (among many others): Sun Microsystems, Mattel, Helene Curtis, Vienna Beef, Good Humor, Level 3 Communications, and Good Feet.
Paul founded The Spector Agency, a full-service ad/marketing firm, in 1986. A veteran of the Chicago and NYC ad/marketing communities, he was part-owner of an 85-person/two-office agency, now part of multinational Euro RCSG. There he oversaw the Marketing Planning and New Business/Product Development departments. Paul has also served as VP Marketing in both an early web development firm and an international liquor products company.
Paul brings over 30 years of advertising and strategic marketing management experience to all assignments. Over the course of his career, he has literally worked in most every conceivable business category and every imaginable medium. Paul provides a comprehensive range of marketing communications services and his hallmark is an unyielding commitment to finding creative and cost-sensitive solutions for promoting growth. Paul holds an MBA in Management from Michigan State University - The Eli Broad College of Business. He often guest lectures on critical role of marketing strategy as it relates to advertising planning.
