The Sacramento Metropolitan Area is only two hours from the Bay Area, with its business and cultural centers.  It is also 90 minutes from Napa, home of some of the finest wineries in the world.  It is also several hours from the natural beauty and gaming delights of Lake Tahoe, which straddles the state line between California and Nevada.
